PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow loading regardless of a vehicle model of a bicycle. SOLUTION: This roof carrier 10 has locking parts 30 and 60 on the intermediate part both sides of a bicycle receiver 16 for constituting a carrier body part 12. One locking part 30 can freely rotate in the vertical direction in a rising-up/falling-down arm 32, and a locking plate 34 locks a root part of one pedal 110a. The other locking part 60 is connected to a buckle in a lower part of a screw shaft 64, and a fixing hook 62 locks a root part of a pedal 110b by fastening the buckle by hooking a fixing hook 62 arranged on the tip of the screw shaft 64 on the root part of the other pedal 110b. The bicycle 100 is strongly pressed to the bicycle receiver 16 by locking force of the locking plate 34 and the fixing hook 62.
