PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient exhaust gas-driven absorption water cooling and warming machine that can be operated for cooling and heating, for cooling and hot water supply, for heating and hot water supply, and only for hot water supply in a single and double-effect absorption cycle. SOLUTION: This exhaust gas-driven absorption water cooling and warming machine is provided with an absorber A, low-temperature regenerator GL, exhaust heat recovery regenerator GX, high-temperature regenerator GH, condenser, evaporator, and solution and refrigerant flow passages connecting these equipment to each other and uses a high- temperature exhaust gas 5 which is first introduced to the high-temperature regenerator GH and then to the exhaust gas recovery regenerator GX as a heat source. This machine is also provided with a heat exchanger H1 for hot water supply and a heat exchanger H2 for hot water supply communicating with the steam section of the exhaust heat recovery or high-temperature regenerator GX or GH. The solution flow passage is constituted to introduce the absorbent heated and condensed by means of the high-temperature regenerator GH to the exhaust heat recovery regenerator GX and the absorbent from the absorber A to the high- and low-temperature regenerators GH and GL in a branched state. The refrigerant flow passage is constituted to introduce the refrigerant vapor generated in the high-temperature regenerator GH to the heating side of the low-temperature regenerator GL.
