PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly waste-treating device which can compactly compress collected fly wastes to improve the transfer of the fly wastes to a disposal station, or the like. SOLUTION: This fly waste-treating device (A) comprises a nipping transport mechanism 2 for nipping, compression-flattening and transporting charged fly wastes (h) between a pair of rubber belts 1, 1 disposed in a mutually facing posture and a winding mechanism 3 for winding up the compression-flatted fly wastes (H) discharged from the final end of the nipping transport mechanism 2 in a roll shape.
