PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition finely dispersing a lamellar compound in an aromatic vinyl based resin. SOLUTION: This aromatic vinyl based resin composition includes (A) the aromatic vinyl based resin, and (B) the lamellar compound treated with a polyether compound having an aromatic hydrocarbon group. And the aromatic vinyl based resin composition including (A) the aromatic vinyl based resin, and (C) the lamellar compound treated with a surfactant having a hydrophobic group including an aromatic hydrocarbon group and a hydrophilic group including a polyether group.
