TAPE PRINTER AND ITS DATA INPUTTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape printer, and its data inputting means, in which the operability of test data input can be enhanced by providing an area for edition on a display in addition to an area capable of inputting the text data. SOLUTION: The tape printer comprises a data input means, a means for discriminating data falling within a maximum printable number of lines from data exceeding the maximum printable number of lines for data inputted by the input means, and a means for displaying the data of a specified number of display lines exceeding the maximum printable number of lines in addition to the data falling within the maximum printable number of lines.
