PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To knead a synthetic resin raw material having a wide range of physical properties by widening the regulating range of kneading by making the inside diameter of an inner hole fitted with a fixed valve and a rotary valve larger than the inside diameter of an inner through hole. SOLUTION: In a kneading regulation device for a resin machine, the second inside diameter (D2) of the inner hole (6) of the device (5) in which the fixed valve (8) and the rotary valve (9) are arranged is made larger than the first inside diameter (D1) of the inner through hole (3) of a cylinder (2) to widen the regulating range of kneading.
