PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic asynchronous gear change transmission allowing particularly a comfortable operation of gear change transmission, and a gear change method in such a gear change transmission. SOLUTION: In this automatic asynchronous gear change transmission comprising an automobile pressure oil lubricating device and the gear change method in such a transmission, the flow section of the pressure oil lubricating device can be changed on a pump discharge side to allow the comfortable operation of the gear change transmission. In the case of shift-up, the flow section is reduced after the release of the original gear to reduce the rotating speed of a transmission input shaft.
