PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for wiring fiber in which a wiring head 22 is not made contact with an already fixed optical fiber 38 and fixes an optical fiber 31 at a prescribed position on a wiring substrate 3. SOLUTION: A pressurizing part 32 is provided on the end part 30 of the wiring head and wiring is performed by pressing the optical fiber 31 against the wiring substrate 3 with the pressurizing part 32. The pressurizing part 32 is projected from the surrounding part 34 by an amount of a half of the diameter of the optical fiber 31 and the width of the projected part is approximately equal to the diameter of the optical fiber 31. Because the pressurizing part 32 has such dimensions the surrounding part 34 and the pressurizing part 32 do not touch the already wiring optical fiber 38, thus the optical fiber 31 is surely and stably wired on a prescribed position.
