PURPOSE: An MVD recording medium capable of connecting to on-line and off-line with double serial keys is provided to construct a foundation of a real two way digital contents communication through interworking with the Internet, thereby providing an integrated solution. CONSTITUTION: An MVD(Mini Versatile Disk/Multimedia Versatile Disk) recording medium is composed of a plurality of sync frame code areas granted with sync frame codes and a plurality of sync frame area corresponding to the plurality of sync frame code areas. Each sync frame code area is composed of an ID(Identification Data) area for recording ID, a data area for recording a series of data, an EDC(Error Detection Code) for checking errors, PO(Outer-Code Parity) and PI(Inner-Code Parity) areas for forming ECC blocks.
