PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly store a bicycle carrier capable of being installed to a seat installing portion. SOLUTION: This bicycle carrier 8 that is a member for loading a baggage is mainly composed of a carrier main body 31, a pair of loading portions 36, 37, and a reel 35 capable of winding up string for binding the loaded baggage. The carrier main body 31 is provided with a fixing portion 32 installed to a frame element 2, a linear portion 33 backwardly extending from the fixing portion 32, and a head portion 34 installed behind the linear portion 33 and having a function as a reflecting plate. The reel 35 is included in the inside of the fixing portion 32. The pair of loading portions 36, 37 is arranged to be symmetry in regard to a back-and-forth direction of the liner portion 33 of the carrier main body 31, and installed so as to freely open/close about a back-and-forth axis of the carrier main body 31. |
