PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister pack with which wrapped packaging for both hanging displaying type and on-shelf displaying type is possible. SOLUTION: A blister pack body 1 in which a convex type storing part 2 for storing a commodity and a commodity appeal displaying part 3 are brought into continuous contact with each other and are arranged through a foldable part 5, a substrate board 4 piled on the back surface side of the blister pack body 1 and sealing the opening of the convex type storing part 2, and the first hooking substrate part 6 and the second hooking substrate part 7 arranged in relation to the convex type storing part 2 and the commodity appeal displaying part 3, are provided. Both hooking substrates 6 and 7 are formed of a pair of projected parts 7a and 7b provided with hooking parts 6a and 7c mutually hooking to facing sides and a projection-like part 6, and a constitution is provided wherein by folding and non-folding of a foldable part 5, a plane-like shape or a three-dimensional shape can be taken.
