PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper aligning unit capable of easily mounting a stopper on the existing image forming device and after-processing device. SOLUTION: Plate-shaped upper fixed member 55 and lower fixed member 56 are fixed through a sub-tray 18. An opening 60 is formed on an approximately central part of the sub-tray 18. The sub-tray 18 is held by the upper fixed member 55 and the lower fixed member 56, and both are fastened by a screw 63 to fix the upper fixed member 55 and the lower fixed member 56 on the sub-tray 18. Both side parts of a lower end of the plate-shaped lower fixed member 56 are downwardly folded to form a pair of stopper supporting parts 62. A first rod body 31 of a stopper 30 is rotatably mounted on the stopper supporting parts 62 by means of a pin.
