PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite container which is excellent in readily disposable property, water resistance, heat resistance and hot water resistance and is readily produceable. SOLUTION: The composite container is produced by using a cellulosic fiber structure having a container shape in which whole of a fiber layer is impregnated with an isocyanate-based resin and which has one or more notches on one side and a plastic film having an adhesive resin layer on one side and turning the side having the adhesive resin layer of the plastic film on the side having notches of the cellulosic fiber structure and bonding the cellulosic fiber structure through the adhesive resin layer to the plastic film by vacuum forming.
