PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating structure useable for a floor, a wall, a ceiling, and a partition, which is a plane shaped porous structure for sucking and blowing off air and gas. SOLUTION: (A) A grooved orifice 2 is provided in an upper plate 1, and an air hole 4 is provided in a sheet 3 located below the grooved orifice, and further a metal mesh 5 is provided below the air hole. (B) A suction/blow-off box 6 is provided at the center of a bottom plate 9 located below the metal mesh 5, on which a piping 8 is mounted. (C) An outside plate is provided on opposite sides of the bottom plate 9 on the same for supporting the upper plate 1, inside of which a sheet side plate is provided for supporting the sheet 3, further inside of which a metal mesh side plate for supporting the metal mesh 5 is provided.
