PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill unit for a gate of a parking lot capable of being easily constructed on the inclined floor surface of a parking lot and easily disassembled and removed when unnecessary. SOLUTION: This sill unit for the gate of the parking lot comprises a box type frame 40 installed on a floor surface 8 for the gate of the parking lot, receiving members 30A to 30D having a plurality of angle materials 31 longitudinally mounted on the frame 40 so that the horizontal angle thereof can be freely adjusted and fixing members 32, and a plurality of box type cover members 20A to 20D installed on the receiving members 30A to 30D and having equipment installed thereon.
