PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic apparatus that can be improved in maintenance efficiency and cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: A cold storage tank is attachably/detachably loaded in a cold storage tank case. The tank includes a cartridge case and a cold storage material packed in the cartridge case. The low-temperature end of a pulse pipe is connected to the cold-temperature end of the cold storage tank case through an object to be cooled. In the object, a flow passage communicating the internal space of the cold storage tank case with the internal space of the pulse pipe is formed. A gas supply device periodically repeats the supply of a refrigerant gas from the high-temperature end side of the cold storage tank case to the cold storage tank and the recovery of the gas from the cold storage tank. |
