PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cement roof tile capable of contributing to the elimination of atmospheric pollution due to carbon dioxide, promotion of greening in urban area and healthful vegetation of plants by utilizing the surface of cement roof tile. SOLUTION: The cement roof tile is formed to an almost rectangular flat plate shape and roofed by overlapping adjacent four sides respectively, it has a mat mounting portion for planting on a flat portion as the top surface, the bottom portion of the mat installing portion is formed to a step down shape from the plane portion, a means for forming a water passing portion creating a space for passing water between the bottom portion and a bottom surface of the vegetation mat installed in a mat installing portion and a drain portion continuing to a space forming means for water passage are provided.
