PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting grinding wheel reducing volume to be discarded when the cutting grinding wheel reaches usable limit diameter and reducing warp. SOLUTION: The cutting grinding wheel includes an attachment hole 12 and is formed with a round metal core part 14 having a diameter smaller than the usable limit of a grinding wheel part, and an annular resinoid bonded grinding wheel part 16 including abrasive grains and resin bond for binding the abrasive grains, having same thickness as the metal core part and fixed on an outer circumference part of the metal core part with bond or the like. When the grinding wheel is used up, the metal core part can be reused by discarding the grinding wheel.
