PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant purifier of a new system in which chips or abrasive grains are not deposited on a bottom of a coolant tank by the coolant swirl generated in the coolant tank when treating the coolant containing chips or abrasive grains. SOLUTION: In a cylindrical coolant tank for generating the swirl in the coolant which flows out of a general industrial machine and contains chips or abrasive grains, the coolant tank is a longitudinally cylindrical and oblong coolant tank 18. Coolant outlets 16 and 17 of the oblong coolant tank 18 directly connected via piping components to coolant circulating coolant pumps 12 and 13 for directly sucking the coolant in the oblong coolant tank 18 from a bottom side 15 of the oblong coolant tank 18 by the coolant circulating coolant pumps 12 and 13 are provided on the bottom side 15 of the oblong coolant tank 18.
