PURPOSE: A liquid synthetic polymer composition for removing a bill or a poster and its preparation method are provided, to reduce the removing time and effect by improving the paper degrading and dissociating performance. CONSTITUTION: The liquid synthetic polymer composition comprises an alkali base; an ether-based polyoxyethylene penetrating agent; an alcohol; a cellulose degrading agent; an organic material; a nonionic surfactant; and purified water. Preferably the liquid synthetic polymer composition comprises 5-10 wt% of an alkali base; 0.5-5 wt% of an ether-based polyoxyethylene penetrating agent; 2-3 wt% of an alcohol; and 5-10 wt% of a cellulose degrading agent. Preferably the content of the nonionic surfactant is 0.01-2 wt%, and the nonionic surfactant is selected from lauryl, amide or sulfate-based surfactants. |
