PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture an assembly formed of at least two or more small-piece-like assembling components without requiring much labor. SOLUTION: This assembling and manufacturing method comprises an assembling component forming process for forming at least two or more assembling components 6, 7, 8 and 9 interconnected through connecting parts 5a, 5b and 5c by cutting one plate material 3, an assembling process of assembling an assembling component 12 by folding the connecting parts 5a, 5b and 5c, and a cutting down process of cutting down the connecting parts 5a, 5b and 5c after the assembling process. The assembling component 12 can be formed by folding the folding parts 5a, 5b and 5c and assembling the assembling components 6, 7, 8 and 9, the assembling work can be automated, and the assembling work can be easily performed without much labor.
