PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a warmth-keeping screen to be made according to the size of a foot warmer, and make it less prone for outside air to enter it. SOLUTION: A proper number of sheets of heat insulating cloth are overlapped alternately to make a curtain-form screen.
