PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag in which a commodity can be easily and simply housed from a bag mouth, and a folded bottom part of a bag body can be expanded when the commodity to be housed is too large. SOLUTION: One synthetic resin film is folded and both sides are welded to form a bag, an abutting piece 2 is disposed on and welded to an upper part of a projecting film part 1-3 with a face film 1-1 projected upwardly from an edge of a back film 1-2, and the projecting film part 1-3 is folded over the back film 1-2 along an upper edge 2a of the abutting piece 2 to form a sealing piece 3 so as to close a bag mouth 1a of the bag body 1 formed of an edge of the back film 1-2 and the face film 1-1, and the bag mouth 1a of the packaging bag is sealed by adhering pressure sensitive adhesive parts 4 and 5. A folded bottom part 8 of the bag body 1 is formed in a gusset, a supporting plate 10 is inserted inside, seal-adhesion 11 is performed along a part in the vicinity of the edge of the back film 1-2.
