PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment device which solves the problems that in the conventional closed space using steam or warm mist, it usually could be an atmosphere with excessive humidity, 100% or more of relative humidity, and could easily make condensation on the hair surface, it makes troubles that the density of the hair treatment agent decreases, the weave of the permed hair becomes weaker and the hair dye is not so effective, and makes the agent adhere on the skin or the like. SOLUTION: In a hair treatment device which covers the hair of a treated person to treat hair, the humidified air made by a humidifier device 4 is blew by an air blowing means 3 and is made to be humidified moisture air by passing through a moisture permeable film of a moisture permeable film humidifying unit 5, and the humidified moisture air is supplied to a hood space 21 with a hood 2 for the hair, then, this hair treatment device promotes the hair treatment with the humidified moisture air of the relative humidity less than 100% in the hood space.
