PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culturing fish bank of an integrated type with a dike body by forming an area for protecting fries and breeding feed organisms based on the dike body artificially constructed on the coastline by the slight improvement of a subaqueous wall face of the dike body without damaging the function originally possessed by the dike body. SOLUTION: A concave part B is formed in the subaqueous wall face of the artificially constructed dike body A, and a culture unit 2 for protecting the fries and culturing the feed organisms is attached to the concave part B. A plurality of the culture units 2 is attached to the interior of a shell body 1 in a box shape one by one, and also is attached to the concave part B through the shell body 1.
