PURPOSE: A coated iron pallet is provided to protect goods from damage and lessen the shock of moving materials by coating the surface of a pallet. CONSTITUTION: The coated iron pallet includes a upper plate(1), a bottom plate(10), and a middle plate(11). The upper plate(1) has a shape of a square wave which has convex and concave surfaces alternately. A section of the convex and concave surfaces is a square shape. A shock absorbing material puts on the surface of the convex surface which directly contacts with goods. The shock absorbing material is resins like a foam urethane resin, an epoxy resin, PVC, a soft foam rubber, a hard foam rubber and a foam ceramics. The resin covers the top of the upper plate(1) as one layer or more. |
