FABRIC HAVING EMBOSSING PATTERN AND TREATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method of treating a fabric having an embossing pattern by spraying an aqueous solidifying agent comprising thermosetting resin on the surface of a fabric, forming under heat and pressure with a pair of pressure rollers to form a three dimensional embossing pattern and then treating with sand paper is provided. Whereby, the embossed pattern of the fabric is maintained for a long period time without causing deterioration due to washing. CONSTITUTION: A solidifying agent which is water soluble and comprises thermosetting resin to maintain a forming state after pressure formation of a yarn dyed fabric is coated on the surface of a fabric. And then the coated fabric is formed under heat and pressure with a pair of pressure rollers to form a preset three dimensional embossing pattern(20) on the coated fabric and is further treated with sand paper. In a heat pressure forming process, an embossing roller(31) and a paper roller(41) with a ratio of a first to second gear(35, 45) of 1:1, 1:2 and 1:4 are used.
