PURPOSE: An apparatus for connecting a closed circuit television and a mobile communication terminal in real-time is provided to realize monitoring without limit on space and time. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of monitoring cameras(100) are fixed at several positions and takes pictures of a monitoring target for generating video signals, and each has a specific assigned number. A video processing system(200) converts the video signal into digital signals for storing the digital signals corresponding to the specific numbers, and transmits the stored digital signals according to a user of a mobile communication terminal. A mobile communication system(300) receives the digital signals from the video processing system for transmitting to the mobile communication terminal.
