PURPOSE: An improved yarn feeder for circular knitting machine is provided, thereby supplying yarn to a single suture needle without cutting the yarn, so that high quality fabric can be produced. CONSTITUTION: An improved yarn feeder(1) for circular knitting machine comprises a body(11) installed in the circular knitting machine; holes(13, 13') in the upper part of the single suture needle through which yarn is inserted; a projecting portion(14) positioned in one side of a yarn feeding portion(12); and the yarn feeding portion(12) extending from the lower part of the body(11), wherein the projecting portion(14) accomplishes the smooth passage of yarn on the projecting portion(14) without forming floss or maintains floss on the projecting portion(14), so that cutting of the yarn can be prevented during yarn is transferred to the single suture needle.
