FIELD: pipeline fitting, possibly in heat and power engineering, chemical industry, in gas- and oil pipelines. SUBSTANCE: shutoff valve with heat sensitive control system includes housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, seat, heat sensitive member made of material with shape memory effect. Shutoff organ is provided in addition with slide valve controlled by means of heat sensitive member and designed for passing working fluid in valve cavity at operation time moment. EFFECT: improved design providing increased effort for forcing shutoff member to seat with possibility of multiple operation of valve. 1 dwg
