<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a plastic containing chlorine and other different types of plastics from a mixture of plastics discharged from an industrial waste and a processing step. SOLUTION: The ejection velocity of an ascending air current 5 is accelerated stepwise from below an inclined face formed by an inclination angle in the same direction as the vibration direction of a bottom plate (a vibratory screen) 4 on a dry specific gravity and shape separation device 1. A mixture of plastics to be supplied from the upper end 13 of the inclined face formed by the inclination angle in a horizontal direction which is orthogonal with the vibration direction are sorted out as plastics A/E respectively by vibrating the bottom plate 4 and adjusting stepwise the ejection velocity of an air current 5 in such a manner that a low specified gravity material ejection side 9 below the inclined face is at a low velocity and a high specific gravity material ejection side 10 above the inclined face is at a high velocity.</p> |
