BRANCH APPARATUS FOR FANOUT BLOCK

PURPOSE: A branch apparatus for a fanout block is provided to prevent an epoxy from infiltrating into a multifiber or a reinforcement tube during an epoxy molding operation by providing a floating space at a part branched into single fiber from the multifiber. CONSTITUTION: A housing(310) includes a first molding unit(320) through which a multi fiber passes, a second molding unit(340) through which reinforcement tubes pass, and a branch unit(330) provided between the first molding unit(320) and the second molding unit(340). The branch unit(330) forms an empty space where each of single fibers is branched from the multi fiber. A boot(350) wraps the multifiber and is coupled to an end of the housing(310). A multifiber holder(360) is fixed on a predetermined position of the housing(310) to make a boundary at the branching part and the first molding unit(320), and includes a through-hole on which the multifiber is fixed. A tube holder(380) is fixed on a predetermined position of the housing(310) to make a boundary at the branching part and the second molding unit(340) and includes a through-hole on which the reinforcement tubes are fixed. A cap(370) wraps the reinforcement tubes extended from the second molding unit(340) and is coupled to the other end of the housing(310).
