PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To moderate depletion in IP addresses by using the IP addresses as effectively as possible and traffic of a home network. SOLUTION: A home agent for providing with a transfer transparent communication to a mobile node which is temporarily connected to a second network different from a first network which is normally used, comprises receiving means for receiving a new registration request from the mobile node through the second network, detecting means for detecting absence of idle address from among lending addresses included in a DHCP server and addresses secured previously when the registration request is received, and assigning means for assigning a searched address to the mobile node after searching the searched address based on self-managing information when the absence of idle address is detected. |
