PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable only a vote manager to perform test printing of a printer 20 for vote evidence printing in an electronic voting device 1. SOLUTION: An electronic voting terminal is provided with a lock device for using a prescribed key to be unlocked and further inputting a prescribed password to make the printer 20 perform test printing. The electronic voting terminal is also provided with a bar code reader 19 for reading a bar code in a test print pattern to perform automatic collation. As a result, only the vote manager can decide whether the printer operates normally before starting voting or during voting, and the device itself can automatically decide an operating condition of the printer by printing and reading the bar code.
