<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize automation of creation and issue of an assembling operation instruction and an operational procedure manual, and document management. SOLUTION: This system is provided with component data, an NC creating system 10 which keeps NC data, a design department, a manufacturing department, a client device 20 set and used at other interested departments, and a server 30 which is shared with each client device and prepares a know-how TBL 31, various types of TBL 32, and an element operational procedure manual DB 33. In the design department, the component data and the NC data are obtained from the NC creating system through the server at new creation of the assembling operation instruction. At that time, cautionary items and specification registered in a know-how registration TBL are automatically reflected to the component data. In the manufacturing department, the operational procedure is created based on the assembling operation instruction. Then data about standard work unit, operational rank, and tools is automatically reflected from a procedure DB. A document mail is automatically transmitted to the interested department, and verification and inspection of the document are available.</p> |
