摘要 PURPOSE: A high frequency induction heating device for die casting machine is provided in which the heating coil is not oxidized during molding of metal having a low melting point such as magnesium and zinc even when cooling system of heating coil is not mounted on the high frequency induction heating device. CONSTITUTION: In a high frequency induction heating device which is comprised of oscillator(40) and heating coil(14b) and used to heat melting furnace, nozzle, gooseneck or mold of a die casting machine for molding metal having a low melting point such as magnesium, zinc, copper or aluminum, the high frequency induction heating device for the die casting machine in which cooling system of heating coil is unnecessary is characterized in that the heating coil is a metallic wire having a high melting point selected from nickel wire, nickel alloy wire and iron chrome wire, wherein the nickel alloy wire is selected from nickel chrome wire, copper nickel wire and iron nickel wire, and wherein it is not necessary to separately cool the heating coil(14b) during die casting so that only the oscillator(40) is connected the heating coil(14b) since oxidation point of the heating coil(14b) is far higher than heating temperature of a nozzle(10) that is an object to be heated.
