PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding and waterproofing structure for a case capable of reducing the number of parts to reduce the number of manufacturing steps and cost, securing a sufficient space for arrangement, and applying complete shielding and waterproofing. SOLUTION: The shielding and waterproofing structure for a case is used to accommodate a circuit board 18 stored in a case 10 of an electronic device and applies electrical shielding and waterproofing. The structure is provided with the case 10 of an electronic device for accommodating the board 18, a shield cover 14 attached on the case 10 to seal and electrically shield the inside accommodating the circuit 18, and a packing 16 attached on the outside of the cover 14 to attach the cover 14 on the case 10 so that the packing 16 is sandwiched between the cover 14 and the case 10 to seal the inside of the case 10 in order to apply electrical shielding and waterproofing.
