PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new OLED display panel, which can solve the problem of the cross talk, which is well-known for a passive matrix organic light emitting diode display panel, and can simplify the manufacturing process, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: It is a manufacturing method of an OLED display panel forming a luminescence display array in a base material, which consists of a process of forming a plurality of grooves, which is parallel in the perpendicular direction, in the base material; forming a plurality of 1st electrode lines in the above groves; forming cavity matrixes in the above 1st electrode lines; forming organic luminescence matrixes by filling an organic luminescence layer into the cavities of the above cavity matrixes; and further, forming a plurality of 2nd electrode lines, which are parallel in the horizontal direction, in order to connect this organic luminescence layer in the same level position, in the base material and the organic luminescence layers.
