The labio-jugal spacer for facial burns patients having skin grafts has a support (10) fixed to the patients jaws and a spacer frame (36) fixed to the support and having two sections (38,40) connected by a spacing cylinder (44) with holders for spacing the lips (66,68). The cylinder spacers have U-shaped gutters forming an arc of contact with the area of the lips.
