PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that possibility that an actual moving object is mistaken for a training moving object on the operation of a training controller since an operation amount for discriminating track information increases in the discrimination whether the moving object in the monitoring range of training that the training controller performs is the object of training or not at the time of the training of the control skill of the controller controlling aircrafts, vessels, diving moving objects and vehicles in training environment where they are mixed. SOLUTION: In the training monitoring range and training environment for a wide area, the tracks of the training moving objects and pseudo moving objects are automatically correlatively processed and discriminated by including tracks that the other training monitoring device in the training monitoring range has. A monitoring order is decided and the tracks are displayed and the operation amount of the training controller is reduced.
