PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Mn-Zn ferrite which is small in dependency on frequency from a low frequency domain around 1 kHz to a high frequency domain of 300 kHz and besides can get high initial permeability extending for these frequency domain. SOLUTION: This Mn-Zn ferrite has such composition that it contains MnO by 20-30 mol% and ZnO by 18-25 mol% and the rest is Fe2 O3 , and out of impurities mixed in that ferrite, the quantities of mixing of Na, B, and P are suppressed to 10 ppm or under for Na, 5 ppm or under for B, and 15 ppm or under for P by mass ppm. |
