PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable decision as to whether a signal from a remote control device is received normally by body equipment. SOLUTION: An information signal, which shows whether an infrared signal from an infrared signal transmitting part 14 is received normally by an infrared receiving part 22 is outputted from a body condition control part 24. The information signal is modulated by an information signal modulation part 32, mixed with beep sound by using a mixer 34 and transmitted to a communication terminal 10 as a sound signal. An information signal demodulation part 16 demodulates the sound signal and obtains the information signal. As a result, the communication terminal 10 can decide whether the infrared signal from the infrared signal transmitting part 14 is received normally by the infrared receiving part 22 of the body 20.
