PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite ceramic part having high heat transfer, high strength and the small signal loss of a high-frequency region and to provide a manufacturing method for manufacturing its part by a simple method. SOLUTION: Aluminous insulating layers 1 and dielectric layers 2 having a dielectric constant lower than the insulating layers 1 are laminated integrally, and an insulating substrate 5 in which conductive layers 3 are formed to a surface and/or the inside is formed. The dielectric layers 2 use forsterite and cordierite as main crystalline phase, at least one of Zn, Mn and alkali earth metals and/or nonlead and nonalkali borosilicate glass is contained as a sub- component, and the sub-component is 0.1 to 20 mass % in the whole quantity. |
