PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to enhance the heat transfer performance by forming dimple and mounting an internal fin on inner surface of a tube so that facilitates turbulance degree of heat exchanging medium fluid. CONSTITUTION: A corrugated inner fin(115) is interposed in a tube(110). An inside dimple(116) is formed on an inside of the tube between hollows of the inner fin in longitudinal direction of the tube to promote turbulence of heat exchange medium fluid so as to promote heat transfer. Heat exchange medium fluid is introduced through an inlet(121) and a tank(119) into an inside space between the tubes. Heat exchange medium fluid is made turbulent in the inside space of the tube, exchanges heat with outside fluid flowing through an uneven channel between the tubes and is discharged via the tank through an outlet(122).
