PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate selection of a plurality of kinds of electronic apparatuses 4a-4f and selection of a plurality of kinds of operations of the respective electronic apparatuses, in a state that a person to be supported moves using a wheelchair. SOLUTION: The person to be supported like a physically handicapped person uses portable telephone equipment 71a, which corresponds to i-mode system and performs selection of the electronic components and selection of operation of them. As a result, operation of electronic apparatuses such as a television receiver, a telephone set and an interphone is enabled. In a small liquid crystal display panel 73 of the portable telephone equipment 71a, the electronic apparatuses and operation of them are displayed. When one out of the respective electronic apparatuses is selected, a plurality of kinds of operations, which are to be achieved by the selected electronic apparatus, are displayed. In this display, display is performed in the order from an operation having highest possibility of operation, and selection is enabled. As a result, the most prioritized selection is enabled, the number of times of operation of the portable telephone equipment 71a is reduced, and operability is improved.
