PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a handset using a curl code and a cradle from dropping on a seat at the time of taking it out in an operation unit loaded on an aircraft. SOLUTION: The engagement of a lock is unfastened by the operation of a passenger, and a lifting member 9 turns around a spindle 12 by a lifting spring 13. The lifting part 14 of the lifting member 9 pops up the handset 1 from the cradle 2 so that it can easily be taken out. Since a movable piece 6 is fixed to the lifting member 9 by a spindle 15, the engagement of a reception part 5 in a first terminal and the movable piece 6 is not released even if the handset 1 pops up. The passenger can take out the handset 1 from the cradle 2 in such a state. Then, the handset 1 is prevented from popping out from the cradle 2 and from dropping on the seat even if the curl code is used.
