METHOD FOR FABRICATING ELECTRONIC CONNECTOR

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an electronic connector is provided to easily form the main bodies of a socket and a plug, reduce the loss of material and improve fabrication processes. CONSTITUTION: Resin is injected into an injection mold to form a socket main body(10). The socket main body has a plurality of first slots(14) and the first fusing protrusions(16) formed between the first slots. The first female terminal(20) in a stamp shape is inserted between neighboring first slots of the socket main body to be combined with the first slots. The first fusing protrusions are fused using an instantaneous heat source to be uniformly melted to the first slots placed at both sides of the first fusing protrusion to fix the first female terminal combined with the first slot. A carrier of the first female is cut while the first female terminal being fixed to the first slot, to adequately expose a lead(22) to the outside of the socket main body.
