PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus and a method for reforming quality of rice by using might. Therefore the rice is improved in its smell and color, has soft mouth feeling, is easily and cleanly washed, and has improved cookability and preservability. CONSTITUTION: The quality of rice is reformed by coating rice with various kinds of enzymes or flavoring agents and simultaneously turning on electricity. The apparatus comprises a rice supply unit, a first rotation drum having cylindrical shape, a hot air supply unit, a first rice discharging pipe, a connection pipe, a second rotation drum having cylindrical shape, a cold air supply unit, a second rice discharging pipe, and might generating unit.
