The writing implement comprises a cylindrical shaft member (80), a nib member (10) fixed to one end of the shaft member (80) and adapted to exude colored ink from the tip, an ink liquid (31) stored in the shaft member (80) and constituting the main portion of the colored ink that exudes from the tip of the nib member (10), a coloring agent (20) added to the ink liquid (31) to form colored ink, and a valve member (50) for shutting the coloring agent (20) and the ink liquid (31) from each other. Further, of the cylindrical side surface of the shaft member (80), at least a portion where the ink liquid (31) is stored is made transparent, and the valve member (50) is positioned between the storing section for the ink liquid (31) and the coloring agent (20) and, for the storing section for the ink liquid (31), it has a pressure control section (60) for preventing an increase or decrease in the pressure in the storing section.</p> |
