A castor-mounted trolley has a rectangular base frame with triangular uprights at each end. The uprights support a transverse pivot with a flat non-slip frame which is able to rotate between the near-vertical and the horizontal. The hinged frame has L-shaped support brackets. The frame and base may be disassembled.
